300 m2 apartment: multiroom, climate, lighting and engineering in one control loop
The project combines a wired KNX engineering layer for lighting, climate and scenarios with Savant control for the user interface, video multiroom and multi-zone audio. The system is organized so the owner gets simple daily control while the infrastructure remains reliable and serviceable.
Architecture behind the 300 m2 apartment
The visible interface is simple because the project is built on a clear engineering backbone: KNX for core functions, Savant for user control, serviceable racks and documented logic.
Not the number of devices, but the way they are planned, wired, documented and tuned into scenes the owner actually uses.
What was implemented
The system is built around stable KNX automation and premium Savant control. Multimedia, climate, lighting scenes and engineering systems are integrated, while the equipment is organized in a service-ready rack and automation panel.

10 video zones with unified source selection, distribution logic and viewing modes.
Audio
22 audio zones, distributed speakers throughout the apartment and a dedicated DJ zone for event scenarios.
Engineering
Lighting, climate, room scenes and technical logic are combined in a KNX architecture ready for future expansion.
